The Beverley Football Club are very delighted to announce that one of our local young guns, Gerald Ugle, has been drafted by the new AFL team, the Greater West Sydney Giants.

Gerald was the 2008 BFC Reserves fairest & best after missing quite a few games.

This has been an absolute dream-come true for young Gerald who "never leaves home without  a football", and we would like to wish him all of the best in his hopefully long and prosperous AFL career.

I will endeavour to keep you informed of his progress and according to his Facebook statuses, he is all settled in Sydney and loving his lifestlye!
